1: Grounding Attention


This is the first exercise in (MIDL) 15min Mindfulness in Daily Life training, if practiced daily for 1 week it increases attention and concentration settling obsessive thinking and giving rise to mental clarity.

2: Allowing Stillness


This is the 2nd (MIDL) 15min Mindfulness in Daily Life training technique for the accessing of stillness through relaxing tension in the body then allowing the mind to naturally enter deep stillness through just being.

3: Softening Into


This is the 3rd (MIDL) 15min Mindfulness in Daily Life training technique which is used to learn the skill of diaphragm 'Softening Into', it consists of releasing mental and physical tension with the aid of deep breathing to enter into a heightened, clear state of mindfulness and increased awareness .

4: Skill of Softening


This is the 4th (MIDL) 15min Mindfulness in Daily Life technique for the traning of 'Softening Into', it consists of releasing mental and physical tension with the aid of deep breathing to enter into a heightened, clear state of mindfulness and increased awareness .

5: Experience Breathing


This is the 5th (MIDL) 15min Mindfulness in Daily Life technique, by becoming sensitive to natural breathing we learn about our desire to control, relationship to change and the movement of attention when we forget the breathing and become lost in thoughts.
